The original writing created for DUKAI, including the stories, chapters and editorial text
The recipes and culinary material created by Paul Dukai
The DUKAI name, The Culinary System name and the way the website is designed and composed
The original code written for this website
The photographs Paul Dukai owns, including his own and family photographs published here

What is not claimed

Some photographs on the website belong to other people and are used with their permission; they remain the property of their owners. The website is built with open-source software and licensed typefaces, which belong to their authors and are used under their own licences. No claim is made over any of these.

What you may do

You are welcome to read, view and share links to any page, to cook from the recipes at home, and to keep a copy of a page for your own personal reference.

What needs permission

Copying, republishing, reprinting or redistributing the writing, recipes, photographs or design for commercial purposes, or presenting them as your own, needs written permission first. Short quotations with a clear credit and a link to the page are fine.
