How the showroom works

Public sandbox

Every visitor receives a separate temporary demo restaurant. Nothing you do here moves real money, changes DUKAI's website data, or reaches another visitor's restaurant. Demo sessions close automatically after inactivity.

Real function or simulator?

Restaurant operations, purchasing, stock, cash-up, bank-file matching, accounting, workforce and audit are live DPOS functions running against fictitious demo data. The printer output is generated by DPOS, with the paper device represented on screen.

Card payments and prepared document reading use clearly labelled simulators. No money moves. A real restaurant installation connects certified payment, OCR, bank-feed and payroll providers where those services are required.

Your comments and privacy

The demo includes a private feedback button. You can tell Chef Paul what worked, what was confusing and what you would want DPOS to do. Feedback is not posted publicly. Optional contact details are used only to review the feedback and follow up when appropriate.

Read the privacy notice.

DPOS follows every rand and every product through the restaurant, from supplier to storeroom, from waiter to kitchen, from guest payment to bank, and leaves an audit trail behind it.
