  • Vanilla vodka45 ml
  • Passion fruit liqueur20 ml
  • Passion fruit puree30 ml
  • Fresh lime juice15 ml
  • Vanilla syrup10 ml
  • Prosecco50 ml

Garnish

  • Half a passion fruitHalf a passion fruit

Method

    Chill a coupe and a small side glass.

  2. 02

    Shake all ingredients except Prosecco with ice.

  3. 03

    Fine strain into the coupe and pour the Prosecco into the side glass.

  4. 04

    Finish with half a passion fruit and serve immediately.
